The Glass House is a Kerry Mason architecturally designed Kaiteriteri holiday home, in a spectacular location with complimentary WiFi. Delight in the incredible views north out towards Abel Tasman National Park, and south over Kaiteriteri beach and towards Nelson.
This beautifully presented Kaiteriteri holiday home is simple, fresh and relaxed, designed to let in lots of natural light. Perfectly set up for a summer getaway, the Glass House has all the mod-cons you'll need.
The bedrooms are uniquely linked by two stunning 'external hallways' running along two spacious decks. As you walk along you'll find a bunk room with enough room for eight people, and two bedrooms - one with a king bed and ensuite and the other with a queen bed.
The living area at this Kaiteriteri accommodation is well appointed, tasteful, and ideally suited for checking out the pristine view. Kick back and relax with a DVD or TV show, or admire the artwork dotted around the Glass House. A bench dining table with room for the whole family sits next to the modern kitchen, where you have all the mod cons needed, including an oven, microwave, and even a dishwasher (so you won't have to worry about the dishes afterwards!). There are children's games and toys to keep them entertained as you cook dinner in the kitchen, or take the fun outside and enjoy a BBQ on the deck. (Please note that for safety reasons, the outdoor fire is not available for guest use).
Kaiteriteri sits on the western side of Tasman Bay and is close to both Abel Tasman and Kahurangi National Parks (can you hear those native birds singing already?). The pretty town of Motueka is a 20-minute drive away, and Nelson is a little over an hour's drive away, making it the perfect destination for a day trip.
Feeling like you need a respite from the hustle and bustle of big city life? Then it's time to escape to The Glass House!
