Mitsui Garden has never fail to impressed me. I stayed at Mitsui Garden hotel in Tokyo many times and this is my first time to stay at Mitsui Garden in Kyoto. We are very looking forward to the breakfast every day! The food is very good, hotel staffs are very professional and friendly. Overall, we had very good experience!

We loved staying here! The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff was very professional and polite. The surrounding area is full of shopping options and bus stops for easy transportation.

Excellent accommodation
The hotel was conveniently located and we are happy that we stayed here. Staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and relatively spacious in comparison to standard Japan hotel room sizing. The streaming service offered from the television was very thoughtful and nice to have to be able to access through our phones. There is nothing negative to report, but something to note is that laundry service is not offered within the hotel.
