The actual room was fine. It was hard to get code to work right to open door and AC was fussy. Where things went wrong was when they double booked the room. I’d had a long day and showered and went to bed early. After I was in bed someone opened my door. The hotel staff had given the “secure” door code to another couple. They didn’t seem to understand this was upsetting for a solo traveler. Don’t support this behavior. I explained, I gave them chances to make it right; they did not. Stay elsewhere.
