The hotel is full of cockroaches. The review are not exaggerating at all. I stay there and Cockroaches was all over the place, all over, the wall, bathroom. There’s no way cleaning person don’t see them. I stayed in Room 119, 104, 201, 205, these are the rooms they kept switching me to when I complained and each room was worst. I have bed bug bite all over me. I plan on suing the hotel, this hotel should’ve not stayed open. The old man at the late night is extremely rude and kept saying they will fix it and I watch they add someone else in the room. There’s no way at all they read the review or they read them but doesn’t take action. Per the code for any hotel they should not rent room that’s Unsanitary Conditions. Unfortunately that’s all their room and the ceiling feels like it’s about to fall off. I paid $120 a night and I couldn’t even sleep. I sleep in my car one night because it was 1 am and couldn’t find other hotel to check in. I asked for another room and they add me to 201 which was worst! The microwave is dirty well it look burnt, the fridge has little cockroaches in it. My suitcase is now infested with Cockroaches, my work clothes infested with cockroaches. I can keep going on and on. The only staff that’s nice it’s a lady name being with Ash, other than the old man is rude! I’ve never ever stayed in a hotel where cockroaches is all over my stuff, bed, wall. Unbelievable, truly I’m shocked the hotel stay open. Shocked!
