I regret to inform you that my stay at your property was far from satisfactory. The overall experience was rated as terrible, particularly due to several shortcomings. Cleanliness: Terrible Staff & service: Awful Property condition & facilities: Unacceptable Area around the property: Substandard Specifically, the aspects that were particularly disappointing included the lack of cleanliness, excessive noise levels, limited dining options, perceived safety concerns, inconvenience, and inadequate transportation options. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider making necessary improvements to enhance the guest experience in the future.

What I like. I can leave my car parked with a minimal payment while I fly off to my destination. What I don't like is they said the water would be off for a few hours. I had to ask for bath towels and then they dropped them off later on. I didn't like they gave another woman a key to my room. I was at the door as her digital key was unlocking it. The front desk called and told me I'd need to come up and pay for another nite if I wished to stay. I was just going to stay one night, I had paid a couple of months ago for this room. I'm not yet back so don't know how well my car faired while I'm gone. I did put my cc down for payment. The walls are thin so I could hear the people on the sidewalk and the luggage sounds like skateboards going past. I could hear the neighbors on either side of me. I slept very little. I had thought there would be HBO, but there wasn't. I found a chanel though. Last year when I stayed here it was a Travelodge but has now changed to a Days Inn.
