Avoid at all costs!
Context: We spent 10 days in Peru. We had been in Cusco and even had stayed at Dazzler in Miraflores a week before. Also, for a family emergency we had to shorten our stay at this hotel from 3 nights to one.
When we arrived we asked the staff to help us with the car elevator (as we did at Dazzler Miraflores where they were extremely helpful). The staff just pressed the button and didn’t help despite the elevator to be extremely small so the compact SUV I rented barely fitted.
When I tried to check in there were 3 people at the front desk. One of them asked me for my passport and handed it to the only person that was on the phone. I had to wait like 5 minutes until he finished the call and he had the worst attitude.
I then proceeded to tell him if he could help me because I needed to shorten my stay. He didn’t even try. He just told that I had to fix it through Expedia (what Expedia did was contact the Hotel anyway) or directly through the hotel reservations call center and didn’t provide the reservations center. His attitude was the worst.
We then went to our room and tried to rest for a while. It was about 6 PM and we were just resting in our room when some maintenance people knocked on our door saying that they needed to go into our room to change the TV system. Why would they give us a room that they knew was maintenance people would go in an hour later? It was really unpleasant.
Avoid this place. Stay at Dazzler Miraflores instead.
