Beautiful property in a not-so-good neighborhood. I loved the room and especially the rain shower, but there was no fan in the bathroom. The location is a little bit iffy because the Skid Row is right there. My Citizen App was off the hook with incidents happening around me. Some things to keep in mind when booking this hotel: - The "Available Parking" is through the valet and it costs $60 for 24 hours. - There are parking garages next door to the hotel and across the street for $15 for every 12 hours. - There is a $50 destination fee that in my opinion does not justify the amenities or the services.

The Hoxton is a unique boutique hotel located in an up & coming area of Los Angeles. Restaurants are within a reasonable walkable distance & the hotel itself has several places to dine. The decor is thoughtful & attractive with French accents & large windows looking out onto S. Broadway. We love using the place for a staycation

The receptionist I think his name was Riley? Short curly hair with a beanie was extremely helpful about the place and the area around us. He recommended us places to go and places to eat, the cafe and restaurant in the hotel were great like he said. Overall the stay there was great! Will come again

This property was very cute and well designed. Loved the aesthetic and amenities. However, we did not get a great night sleep due to the noise in the area. We are in downtown LA but there was loud rumbling multiple times throughout the night that woke both me and my partner up.
