Absolutely amazing stay extremely comfortable and welcoming. Only one slight negative regarding key card. Everytime left hotel would have to get key card reset at reception but the reception staff were incredibly helpful and responsive

Love this hotel, great breakfast, comfortable rooms, but ask for high floor and Oxford Road direction view. Room 514 impossible to have window open because of nightlife and railway noise.
