Getting in and out of the rooms using the Goki app was pretty easy, staff at reception were really nice and helpful. The only complaint I have is the kitchen smelled so bad it permeated throughout the entire area outside it. I stayed on the 4th floor so I can’t speak for the other floors, but there were food items still in the fridges left unmoved for days/weeks at a time (I stayed for 2 weeks) and it was clear it probably hasnt been thoroughly cleaned/checked in a while. When dishes were washed and put away even by staff at the end of the night, there were still little grubs here and there on them. But housekeeping service and cleanliness of the entire place outside of that was pretty consistent. They cleaned the showers and trash every day, and fresh linens would be replaced from guests that were checked out. Everyone was really polite and helpful. Again, overall not bad.
The bathroom is too small and there are all other people’s item around there, also these hotel charge me surcharge fee before I arrived, I can pay at cash at the property. I won’t recommend anyone stay here

The pictures on the webside of the room I booked did not collide with reality!
It was not very clean.
The hostel was however very good if you want to meet new people. You get a free drink on the day of arrival to mingle with people.
I only stayed for one night and I would not have liked to stay more than maybe 3 nights there.
I forgot to take photos because I only stayed for 1 night.
