Check in and out was easy, even with there being no reception onsite. The staff were very helpful. The room on the 10th floor was very quiet, apart from some noise from the lift shaft opposite, but that wasn't bad at all. The location was an easy walk from transport and to the venues I was visiting.

The people at reception were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable. Good hot water in the shower. I really enjoyed my stay.

The location was excellent for someone who doesn’t drive. I am an old lady and I could hop trams for free to save my legs. Also easy to go looking for buskers and good food. The apartment is not modern but is spacious and comfortable.

Disappointed no one at reception which is located elsewhere everytime I went there, apartment was not adequately cleaned long hairs over bathroom floors, food etc on carpet and stainless in kitchen food smeared on it. No aircondiining at all our whole stay was stuffy and uncomfortable false advertising it definitely has no air conditioner the display light is green but no air coming out. Have reported as it’s an ongoing issue when reading reviews. Would be a great place if management fixed issues.
