Amazing South Beach Location!!
Our Kasa was very nice and the location on Espanola Way was fantastic. Outstanding overall, but one thing that could have been better was the TV access (streaming only) because you need to have your streaming passwords available, and wifi signal was weak so was buffering the movies we watched. But no serious complaints and was a great stay!! Would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice place but I didn’t like that there wasn’t a live agent at least they need to have one person available, everything was w code and I had to take care of it , no place to leave the luggage ,other than that the place was very nice and good area

Our suite was spacious and well-furnished. The beds were comfortable. The location is really excellent, near nice outdoor restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The value for the price was very good. Two things to improve: 1. the water in the shower was just barely warm enough; and 2. there was a very strong smell (disinfectant?) in the room when we arrived, which made my wife's eyes water; it forced us to open the bedroom window (the only window in the unit that would open) to air out, which allowed noise from the street to come in and make it more difficult to sleep.

Right in the middle of some great restaurants. There is no elevator so if you have trouble with stairs get an ADA room on the first floor. Friendly staff very welcoming and helpful.

Kasa is a very nice place to stay! My room was located where we couldn’t hear any noise so it was very good! Clean is excellent! The only downside is the virtual Desk. We couldn’t find any replacement for towels and beach towels because they were always empty! You need someone there at least for a couple hours a day to check if the property needs something.
