This hotel is down to its lowest point and barely hanging on. Not only was my room switched a few times due to cleanliness and hot water issues but the pool was closed and there was only one elevator in service. The staff are very kind and try their best to fix whatever problems so that was a plus. Overall a no for family or romantic vacation. We had a jacuzzi suite and the level of uncleanliness was just unfortunate.

Front service desk wasn’t occupied when I got there. Had to wait 5-10 minutes until someone showed up. I couldn’t even get into the hotel until that point. Then got to our non smoking room, smelt bad and smoky, wasn’t cleaned very well. There was a wing left some the last person still left in the room. Pool was closed, breakfast was barely anything, some bagels, and room temperature orange juice.

The room is received was dirty. There were red stains everywhere.. the floor walls and doors. The entryway of the room floor was dirty and sticky. The tub did not drain properly. It looked as if someone swept all the trash under the bed. One of the bedside table had food from the previous guest on it. I spoke with a staff member about the conditions & the only thing he said was contact management the next day. I believe his name is Sky. He was very dry & unbothered about the condition. I asked for another room and he said no. I called and asked for an extra pillow & he stated they did not have any extra. Apparently you aren’t allowed to eat the breakfast in your room you have to stay in the breakfast area. How inconvenient. I will never stay there again or recommend anyone else to stay there.
