Wow where to begin…. Garbage all over outside the building and in the parking lot. Came in towards the front desk and the lady working the front desk I’m hoping was at the end of her shift and must have been a long one because she was less then polite and no welcoming at all. Very short and more worried about her phone and the guy she was talking with sitting at the bar. She claimed the pool was open until 10pm (which is why we came there so the kids could swim)
We got to the room and found 2 beds smaller then a full size but bigger then a twin size. We asked for 2 queens! Other than that the room was fine. We went down to swim and found the pool was closed and drained!! What the hell! Now had to deal with crying kids because we could not swim! Thanks a lot Hyatt.
The night went fine other then dealing with a bed that’s way to small to share.
Woke up early to catch a flight to start the vacation. I went down to check out but no one behind the counter. Just a young couple waiting in the lobby with their luggage and a person sitting at the bar eating and drinking while watching videos on their phone. I waited at the front desk then walked all over looking for someone. I checked in the back even calling out for anyone. I did the same in the staff kitchen area and laundry area still no one. I called the front desk and the person stuffing their face finally answered… are you kidding! While talking with them they wouldn’t stop looking at their phone. I will never stay here again
