Nice place
We were pleased with our stay here. It was a perfect location to the venue we were here for. The room was comfortable and quiet. The only sort of issue was that we couldn’t figure out how to cook the room down. We were able to crack the window though and it was just fine.

Rude person at front desk at check-in, totally unprofessional - this should have been a warning. This used to be a quality hotel in Minneapolis (it's my home city, and I have stayed here before for weddings) but this place is a dive now. Room is in garbage condition, a low budget inn would be in better shape than this...furniture is beat to hell, so are the walls and trim, there are stains on mattress, and loud noises from heat/AC unit that kept me up all night. This on top of the real richard cranium acting as staff and somehow pretending this is a 3star hotel.... It's safe to say I won't be recommending or staying here again.
