Poor service
Check in experience was quite terrible. Firstly, being a Gold member and eligible for certain benefits, the hotel mentions that they have no idea of this and I should contact Hotels.com since they can do nothing, like early chk-in etc. I wanted early chk-in since I had a long flight, but they said I need to pay extra to which I agreed. Then I mentioned about the early chk in benefit for Gold member. Then they changed their words and said the available room is under maintainance. Most of the staff here are very rude and ill-mannered. They dont have basic understanding of being couteous.
