Not what we expected
The beds were very uncomfortable, we barely slept, TV was tiny and too far to see from the bed. Bathroom not very clean, room was very dark, the crib we got was dirty. No cleaning service, no recycling, no pool towels, and we were given only one set of single use shampoo/soap for 4 people. The location is nice in general because New Braunfels is gorgeous in spring but it is WAY Too expensive for what the room offers. We went there off season just to check out the hotel but if we want to ever to the water park in summer (not really wanting at this point), we’ll just stay somewhere else.

Lazy River not open till April 20th and facilities are old , very spacious, old furniture and very old pull out sofa bed. Nice family environment

First time staying at this property, however they were clean it was a much older establishment and was in an area far away from thenrest of the resort.. we felt a little abandoned and my dauggter wasnt comfortable staying there so we actually left and went somewhere else
