It started off bumpy, our room wasn’t ready until an hour after checkin time. That messed up our timeline for Friday evening. The staff didn’t really seem to care, just made up excuses. Other than that it was fine, a quaint feeling little hotel, we just had a cloud over our stay because of how it started.

Absolutly horrible experiance, had a 4 PM check in and wasn’t able to check in until 6:40PM. No one on your staff had a clue on why our rooms weren’t ready nor could they give an estimated time. After a long day of traveling not having a room to store your items is not good. We’re looking forward to exploring the city a little but had to site in your lobby for 3 hours. Floor boards are messed up and rooms smell disgusting. Will never return. You’d think we’d be offered a discount seeing we’d paid for the room from 4pm to 11am but none was offered

Ceiling fan didn’t work and the AC barely functioned so room was hot all week. Terrible water pressure in the shower & the bathrooms are very small. The floors are hardwood and slippery, + you can hear people walking around in the room above you as if they’re in the room with you.
