Really friendly reception staff. Friendly and helpful shuttle driver (in a well marked shuttle). Clean modern room. Lot of construction going on around place but doesn't affect the room. Perfect for airport stays

I checked in, but got a call at 3:30am saying the system didn’t check me in. Then a security kept knock my door at 4 am. I had to call the front door again to tell them my name and confirm my check in. Horrible. I paid $200 a night and got this horrible experience. Will never book this hotel again.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, room and internal spaces were clean, tastefully decorated, and there were a few extra amenities for kids. Breakfast was basic and there are very few amenities in the immediate area, with cafes, restaurants, and any kinds of store a 20 minute walk. But as a place to stay that’s convenient to JFK this is an excellent property.

Everything was wonderful except the air conditioner did not work. It was 83 when we checked in and 85 when we checked out. Glad we were only there for one night.

One of the staff members at the desk stopped checking me in to take a delivery. It wasn’t so much that she took the delivery but she had to look at each package even though the person who made the delivery had left. She should have finished checking me in and then looked at the packages. So unprofessional.
