TV didn’t work, had to change room. Got the receipt emailed to me with a food charge for something I didn’t have. Room was very hot, turned off heat and turned on AC but remained hot. No hand soap in the bathroom.

Awesome location! Best in Times Square. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because we were not able to lower the temp in our room. First night it was 77 degrees. Second night we got it shut off completely but it was still 74. Based on other rooms in the hotel, it sounds like a common problem
