        Like a home away from home, with Waiotahe Beach close by, this modern executive style home is a great place to base yourself to enjoy a beach hoiday, and a handy location to also enjoy not only the beach but other activities in the area such as fishing, cycling, or hiking.

        The property is light and bright and has many home comforts, and although it is in a modern subdivision, once you are in the house it is very private. There is a large covered deck area, that is sunny and North facing - a great place to lounge around and read a book or enjoy a beverage after a day at the beach. There is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand before going inside. The property is well fenced and family friendly, and all on one level.

        Perfect location for where we needed to be!
        Exactly what is advertised - perfect for any type of getaway as house is child friendly also, great deck set up. Quiet neighbourhood, would book again when in the area.

        Fabulous beach stay
        This is a superb large property for beach holidays or special family occasions. The house accommodates up to 10 guests in 4 very comfortable and spacious bedrooms. The living areas, both inside and on the large deck, are also spacious - plenty of room to spread out. Great kitchen and bathrooms. We loved it and would definitely highly recommend this modern, light filled beach house.

        Wonderful outdoor and indoor flow, ample space for 10 people with visitors.
        Loved the indoor outdoor flow, very nice and spacious. Clean and tidy. Wonderful little area to stay and there was a nice deck with covering. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the property. :)
