i didn't get a chance to try most of the features at this hotel because of the conference i was at. the bathrooms were extremely small and not pretty. the exercise room was old and terrible.

Area around the property was amazing, however, upon arrival our room was not ready at our check in time, we kept getting told to wait 5 more mins for it to be cleaned and waited in total 45mins. The elevator was down 3 out of the 4 nights we were there. Overall, it was quiet and pool area was great.

Would definitely stay again!
The product for the value was amazing. I had a slight distaste for one of the front desk attendants, but it was minimal (she didn't seem in a good mood, which we all go through!!) All other staff interactions was friendly, upbeat and helpful. The food and drink at the pool bar/cafe were delicious and the pool/spa area was exceptionally clean and well cared for.
