The property and the amenities are absolutely five star quality. The property itself is challenging to navigate and GPS is not quite yet set up for the property. My family commented on how extra signage would have helped us with this. I recommend this property if you are looking for a resort style haven for a larger group. I would also like to see streaming service options the TVs and Nespresso coffee makers in the rooms.

I had high hopes based on other reviews. We rented a 4bedroom villa. Villa was a great size however as a new build the decor and furnishings felt old…like 90s. For this reason, it didn’t feel luxurious. The carpet was thin and looked worn. The room was clean on first inspection however there were little bugs throughout the flat, on the surface of the drawers, dining table, and bathroom. It made me feel uncomfortable. Also wasn’t aware there was no included housekeeping. For two families, the mess can accumulate quickly. For almost $1k a night, I don’t want to have clean. The service people around the resort are very helpful and go out of their way to help. The food at the restaurant was good however the kitchen was incredibly slow and I think the waitstaff is still figuring it all out. Also of course it’s overpriced. It felt a bit disorganized at times.I believe they have just opened. The lagoon is beautiful and the small pool area was fun. Not sure there’s enough to do if you want to stay mostly in the resort. There was no event’s calendar or activities as advertised. I prob wouldn’t return as it just didn’t feel very luxurious but it’s a good option for families traveling in big groups.

Life is good in Paradise

This place was absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, we stayed only 1 night, but the next day we rented a cabana for the day. Holy hell! The service we received was beyond! I told my husband I felt like royalty! Brandon, Steven, Tara and Crystal went above and beyond! I can not recommend to everyone to rent a cabana! The best cabana rental ever!

Spectacular Resort. For couples, families or solo guest. Something for everyone! The grounds are Immaculate, the staff are very accommodating, the market is super convenient and all amenities are simply too good to be true! Oh ya...The accommodations are pristine and top notch! I really wanted to like this property but all I can say is we were severely disappointed. This was billed as a brand new $1B hotel but my room is from the 1970s and poorly remodeled such that the wear and tear is still very evident. We found not one but two roaches in our room over the 6 day stay. Unacceptable for over $650 all in a night. I was also charged a resort fee and many of the advertised attractions were not open! The staff was very friendly and nice so there is that.
