Went to see Disney. The staff was very helpful in figuring out the best way to do that. Decied to stay an extra day and Angie did a great job in fixing the stay to be seamless in checking me in and fixing the elecric tickets. Will stay there again. Very clean, neat and all the staff takes pride to have a clean neat property.

This hotel is in a great location, the shuttle service to the parks is super convenient and runs on time. It’s a good hotel for the price, the area feels safe and the rooms are comfortable. The only thing I wish they would improve is the breakfast, they only have 2 pancake machines that are slow and break down often, and their food selection isn’t great. Other than that, it’s a good value hotel, I would stay here again.

Property is very dated. Our first room we could not open or close the bathroom door due to swelling, the noise would wake everyone. Water in shower would not quit running. We requested another room again water kept running grout all busted up in tiles pink mold on floor near tub. Get to breakfast early as they do not keep stocking meat. When we changed rooms they did not set new keys correctly so we were locked out of our room after a long day. Took four trips down to front desk to get us access again. Staff we talked with were friendly.

We had a great long weekend stay here. It had all the necessities and close to the parks and several shopping and entertainment areas. Also had food and pharmacy in walking distance. Breakfast was also a great start. Pool was a small area but clean. Quiet and safe feeling area.

I usually read reviews but don’t leave a review. But my stay at this hotel worth the time to write a review. First of this is a three star hotel so you need to setup your expectations. We got to the hotel around 11:30 pm. We were greeted and they told us they were waiting for us. The paper work was ready for my signature. I have already paid in advance on Expedia so all they needed was a credit card for hold in case we broke something. Leo was so respectful and professional. He explained the whole thing for us. We walked into our room and it was clean and functional. It was not updated for a while but it was kept clean. We stayed in the hotel for 5 days. The house keepers did a good job cleaning the room and making our bed. The only thing was one of the bathroom sink was not draining and I told the front lady but they didn’t come to fix it while we were there. But I didn’t pursue it too and it didn’t bother us. They had a decent breakfast in the morning like pancakes, toast, eggs, bagels and bananas. My kids liked the pancakes and I had toast with coffee. We were happy with the breakfast. Main reason for picking this hotel was free parking and proximity to Disney.
