The property was very conveniently located. Close to parks, however, one detail on the access to water and or snacks after hours… they don’t provide you with non of these, the vending machines are in the 4th and 8th floor and non of them were working. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!

Property was great for a family vacation and the suites with two bedrooms were ideal! The only downside was you can hear everything in the hotel (people dropping things, doors closing, etc) and the limited food options. Otherwise, great location close to everything and the pool was wonderful for our toddler !

Wonderful property with large rooms for families at a reasonale rate considering its a Universal resort with free transportation to park and Early admission too! The food in cafe is pricey but expected. The staff really made it enjoyable- beautiful grounds with big lovely pools and a great pool bar. We enjoyed it and highly recommend it especially being 10 mins or so from Universal. We enjoyed those parks over Disney's I might add.

Great hotel ! It was wonderful being able to take the shuttle over to the parks and get in early. The cafe had great food for an awesome price. Highly recommended it for Families & anyone wanting a nice but not super expensive hotel
