Great place to stay for Disney trip
The hotel is very close to Disney, and quite a few other great things to check out in the area. The lobby is fabulous, the hallways, and the rooms themselves could use some TLC. The walls are incredibly thin, we could hear everything going on in the hallways and in other rooms. That being said, the room was very comfortable, and we had a great view of fireworks! We prefer staying on site at Disney. This was one of those trips that we needed to stick to a tighter budget, and this hotel fit the bill. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms-stained comforter Hair in the shower Rooms are very worn Door to the stairway is very loud and woke us up multiple times on different nights. Tried calling down to the reception desk/operator multiple times with no answer Positive was that there was a Starbucks in the lobby and a nice little convince/gift store. I definitely won’t be staying again. There are better places to stay for the same price.

Bad but cheap hotel
The only good things to say about this hotel are that it was cheaper than others, the lobby looked nice, and having starbucks/pizza hut in the hotel was convenient. Now for the bad. No explanation for how to use our $10 credit on the hotel. No free water for staying like it said we were supposed to get. Broken ice machine. Construction going on with no warning. Pool by us was closed. World's smallest trash can in the room (our pizza hut express box was bigger than the trash can). The person checking us in just randomly left in the middle of it and left it to the next person. The room felt old and dirty. A few lights were broken. Several of the working lights weren't even plugged in. I got two random calls from the hotel with no message and when I called back no one was there to answer. Their breakfast buffet looked about the same as you'd find at a Hampton Inn (which means it was very basic and cheap looking) but they charge quite a bit to access it. Oh and the best part, there was a fire in the laundry room at 2-3AM and there was no fire alarm going off, just some guy running around telling everyone to evacuate. And they didn't offer us any type of credit or refunded hotel fees or anything. It was a pretty bad experience and we will never stay at this property (or probably any wyndham) again. If it wasn't for the price they would've only received a 1 star review.
