Hotel Nikko Kansai was so convenient right off Kansai airport. We decided to stay for the night as we did not want to exhaust ourselves to travel to Osaka when we arrived at night. The breakfast buffet was a winner! Love the food choices and it really represent Osaka as the food basket of Japan. The staff are most courteous and helpful. Concierge got as a taxi to Namba and asked us to wait and relax at the lobby and called us when the taxi was there and ready. What a wonderful stay we had at Hotel Nikko Kansai. This hotel is highly recommended.

Building works. Check before you book
Building works going on. Purpose of stay was a break between a 14 hour flight/9 hour time difference so no early sleep or late sleep. Reaction from staff was just a shrug. Nothing they could do. I was going to stay for the return. Obviously will stay elsewhere. They should have been upfront and said. Cleanliness not great, stains in the carpet and general grubbyness
