Rook smelled like animal litter box. Dog food was still sprinkled around the room and dog hair was everywhere. I got such a bad astma attack for the poor conditions and asked to change rooms. Front desk was horrible and unfriendly, no compassion as I was struggling to talk because my breathing was so strained. It was so bad, we had to leave and stay the night at a different property, I recieved no compensation or refund. Ive been to other pet friendly properties and have had no issues because they cleaned. Front desk had a high and mighty complex and should not be in a customer service position.

I couldn’t stay in the room. We walked in and it smelled like a horse stable..We left and paid an arm and a leg to stay elsewhere . Worst hotel room I’ve ever seen. They should be reported !
