Wow...
So, my husband works in VA and this is the hotel he has frequent since Sept of last year. My husband says the staff is normally polite and really helpful. There is 1 particular front desk attendant that has made a terribel impression on my husband not once but twice. She needs additional training and a class in customer service. She just recently booked my husband in a room that was already occupied and he walks in on a couple that are butt naked. Awkward is far from the word he would of chosen. Luckily the couple was not rude to him. He goes back down and informs her of the error. She blames it on the system and he gets a new room. He then checks his bank account shortly after, to find out she has overcharged him. Luckily, one of the desk attendees he is familar with was coming in and overheard and corrected the error. We understand things happen but its something everytime this lady works!
