Great location for where I needed to be. Staff were nice, breakfast was good but the downstairs was a little loud, especially since we stayed right across from the gym and people don't know how to shut a door anymore, they just let it slam shut. We would stay again though.

Step Up Your Cleaning Game!
I've stayed here 4 times since August. My room was not cleaned very well. Dog hair and someone's nail clippings were on the carpeting. Baseboards are not dusted or wiped clean! Dirty! The bathroom was not cleaned well, as there was urine on the floor around the toilet when I checked in. Blood stain on the shower curtain that was not my blood! The elevator floors had spills and sticky feeling for several days in a row, not cleaned. I brought dirty floors to the attention of manager.

The property is new, so the hotel is new and clean. The staff is excellent. Very helpful and thoughtful! I felt the rooms were very loud. The person adjacent to me left their TV on all night at a loud volume and I thought they were in there watching it but no, he returned to the room at 2:30 am and called a friend talking far louder than that TV. He did great playing cards and had to leave early in the morning and he was hammered! The walls are very thin. They have an excellent pet policy, but they don’t really have a relief area for dogs, and the one area I found that had tanbark instead of rock was littered in dog feces from less thoughtful owners. The staff make this hotel five stars but the thin walls leave it with just a good rating. I’ll try it again and see if it just was my luck that night.

The tv lost signal every 30 min and the sewage smell coming from the drain in the bathroom was gross, the hotel it’s self is nice.
