The hotel staff and the hotel itself were excellent. The breakfast was lovely and offered lots of choice. My only one complaint was how noisy the corridors were - every night we were woken by people returning to their rooms. This was because of the marble floor that creates echoes along with the slamming of the bedroom doors. Once inside the rooms, the noise reduced considerably. Unfortunately we had a father and two very noisy children next door who returned late at night shouting and crying. Apart from the noise, everything about the hotel was excellent.

It was an ideal location for our first visit to Seville. The location was great and the staff friendly and efficient. the only minor problem was that the wifi signal was not good or reliable
