Disappointed.
Didn't arrive until late, finding entrance to pub which was quite away from the hotel part could do with better signposting/lighting. Room temperature was cold when arrived and did not warm up, could not go above 21 on the controlds actuals room temperature was no where near this.

Food in the red squirrel was amazing best nachos ever!!!!! Staff were really friendly and the service was really good Hotel room was really tidy and clean and bed was really comfortable

Great stay
Lovely clean rooms and a great place to eat. Food was amazing and reasonable. Staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Great with people with additional support needs and allergies. Would definitely stay again
