Disliked: Cleanliness
The property itself is lovely, however the furnishings are in need of cleaning or replacing. The lounge was disgustingly filthy and needs cleaning. The table is also stained. We booked a unit with 2 queen beds so capable of taking 4 adults but there was only a 2 seater lounge so others had to sit on a plastic dining room chair. The unit itself was lovely but the check in process was also not great. Didn’t get the email to fill in online forms. 4 phone calls to get it. Wotif says to go to a different address to check in, no street number on property, so we sat outside in the street and called and they said you don’t need to drive to different address. You send online form back and you’ll get further instructions. Property website has 2 different addresses on it for the same property. Overall, quite disappointed in the whole process for a “non budget” relatively expensive stay.
