Booked this stay for my daughter's 18th Birthday celebrations and Sydney sight-seeing. Unfortunately I was unable to stay due to family illness. Staff were amazing. Nothing was an effort or too much trouble. Pre-paid the booking and had everything organised with complete attention to detail, understanding and sensitivity. Girls were warmly welcomed, special birthday message/wishes and some complimentary birthday drinks vouchers. Daughter was very impressed, as were her guests. They said the hotel was beautiful and service exceptional. We would not hesitate to stay at the Ace Hotel again, when next in town. Thank you!

incredibly expensive for the smallest room i have ever stayed in and that includes Europe! never have i had the pleasure of my bathroom being the foyer i booked this some time ago as close to central i should have had another look website made it sound like such a cool place to stay but on arrival the noise/ music from a function was next level, asked about roof top bar and a private function so basically a huge disappointment i suppose it was hip and cool but the cost vs room still basically a huge rip off by all standards

Amazing stay! Lovely smart, clean, quiet rooms with long views to the east. Comfy beds and excellent pillow situation. Top bar downstairs with numerous little "zones" to enjoy your drink. When we stayed there was a book launch so it was lively land filled with people attending that event but this didn't detract from the space. Great service in the dining area used for breakfast - but if you like a good pastry ask for one from the cafe (perfect ham and cheese croissant) as the menu doesn't include these. Excellent location - walk through Hyde Park to the shops, art gallery, Domain, Botanic Gardens and down to Circular Quay and the Opera House. Highly recommend : )
