Overall the property was good. However, after going to the room once booked in, we realised there was a problem with the TV reception. We were unable to watch any channels. At first the reception staff were very helpful. However, when they could not fix the problem, they upgraded the issue to a maintenance issue. The maintenance man eventually came over a hour later, with no updates. The issue was eventually resolved some 2 to 3 hours later. We did not get any apologies at all from reception or management. Both my wife & i have mobility issues, hrnce why the TV is important to us in relaxing between doing certain activities.
At the least, we thought we would have been offered another room, let alone a partial refund.
