I would be okay with the limited transportation and walking but the overall service was pretty poor. I was put on a smoking room when i actually booked a non smoking room, when i ask for an extra pillow they never gave me one despite i complain about my back, they suggested putting towels on my pillow lol but when i asked for towels they said i can only have one. Internet was bad and I asked for help to trouble shoot but no help at all, only on my last night they provided another router. The room is way too small and not well maintained. Now I understand why there is no cancellation or refund on this property. Overall, my stay was not ideal. The good thing is that i try to be out most of the time.

Good, budget friendly hotel. Perfect for solo or couple travelers! It’s a bit of a walk from the nearest train/metro station but they do have a bus station nearby. Very clean and friendly staff! Walking distance (15 minute walk) to Sensoji temple and shopping area where the Don Quijote and ROX building are. Lots of dining options within 10-15 minute walk. There is a Lawson right across the street and very convenient as well. Check in and check out were both very straightforward. Thank you!!

Property has made a grave error putting non smoking rooms on the same floor as smoking roo.s. what is the point of this? Smoke pours into the room. The smell was terrible. I have 2 kis witm and they still assigned me that floor.

The hotel room was cleaned daily, the cleaning personnel and staff was very friendly. There’s a Lawson 2 minutes away from the hotel and the metro station is pretty close aswell (15min walk).

I stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located near the metro and several convenience stores. The hosts were accommodating during the check-in process and even assisted me in shipping my bags to my next destination. The room was tidy, and the shower had hot water. Guests were able to use the onsite wifi for free. The only issue was that the bright blue sign of the hotel lit up part of the room. To improve the experience, the curtains in the larger three bedrooms could be better. Next time, I will request a room not facing the main road or use an eye mask to block out the light from the sign.
