I’m not normally a Karen but this place was bad.
This place was a dump. Trash cans outside were overflowing, there’s trash bags coving broken windows and the whole front of the building is falling apart. Inside the building wasn’t much different. Only one working elevator and what looks like remodeling supplies left all over the hallways. Overall this place just needs a lot of work. A man named Ontario checked us in and had the bright idea to put us in the room directly across from the ice machine. We were traveling with a 7 month old. I didn’t think it would be an issue but it was. People got ice all hours of the night waking up our entire room each time. The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets felt like cardboard. At breakfast in the morning they ran out of food by 8am. Best to just skip over this one and pick a different hotel.

A lot of noise from the highway at night. Doors slamming. Breakfast area was dirty, tables were not cleaned, garbages overflowing, and most of food was gone despite us coming well within the allotted breakfast time. Not a staff person in sight to ask for the water container to be replenished. Renovations are being completed, but it didn’t look like any of the work was done with care or attention to detail. We slept and ate but unfortunately, it was not an enjoyable stay.

Just ok. One of the elevators were out and they were certainly short staffed with the front desk person acting as bartender, coffee urn filler etc. they could not keep up with the breakfast and the only prepared foods were eggs and bacon. The room was clean comfortable and quiet though.

Heater in room would not shut off due to draft from window, so room was a sauna with the only relief being to turn on the A/C. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk, but each time I stopped at the desk there was never a person. We were in line for food before breakfast started and within 10 minutes there was no food left and we got nothing. No one was at the desk or in the breakfast room to get more food, the coffee pots had not been filled at that point. I knocked on all the staff office doors but no one responded. We had to leave by 7:20 for our competition and never got any food. They really need to retrain their staff and add phones to the rooms so that people can contact someone from their rooms.
