This is my 3rd time staying at Hotel Grand chancellor, evidently they’re my first choice of course. So quiet, affordable, clean, peaceful, central to everything & amazing staff. Did I a mention the best river and views as this is the tallest building. At night the view is even more spectacular from the balcony. I love the secure and affordable parking although as a suggestion, I wish there was an internal/direct access between the car park & the hotel rather than going through the back especially when it’s raining or late at night. Overall you are the best and definitely the food was so great too, especially with your 24hr room service 😍👏

Staff were approachable, ready to assist, professional whilst being able to connect. Loved the welcome gift left in our room. Room was good, for what we needed. Property could do with an up grade - areas looking tired. Otherwise we had a very enjoyable stay would happily stay again.

She was obviously not impressed when I asked her to slow her speech down from a gabble so we could undertake d her Not value for money at all
