The hotel is beautiful and has a picturesque view. It is walkable for downtown Victoria. We parked the car in the underground parkade and left it there until it was time to check out (even though there are in & out privileges). The staff member that checked us in was spacey and not invested in her job. The one that checked us out was simply brusque at best. The room was clean and the view was amazing. I would recommend.
