Fantastic downtown location in close proximity to blue and red line metro stations. Also walking distance to lots of attractions including the white house and monument. Rooms were clean, check in was easy and the services were available. The living room areas was great for working. My only recommendations for improvement would be better gym facilities and a self service laundry service.

Fine for one night
We were looking for an affordable stay for a weekend trip. We had trouble checking in because of miscommunications between staff. The hotel itself was fine but had a lot of things out of service (like coffee machines and water fountains). We probably would not stay here again.
