This is a great hotel - very convenient to the mall and museums. Front staff are terrific - friendly helpful above and beyond. Rooms are tiny but really comfortable and have everything. Big downside is poor internet service.

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Not a great day
Although I only stayed one night, this stay was pretty bad. I had a late check and had to deal with the front desk staff that could not handle the check-in computer properly. I couldn’t get my key. I couldn’t get the room I had reserved, and when he promised to send me a voucher for my trouble, I didn’t receive that either. The room was small had bunkbeds instead of full bed was handicap accessible which I didn’t request so the shower was full of equipment I didn’t need and so I just skipped together. I felt like I was staying in a 10-year-old‘s room not recommended for business travelers.
All was fine except pillows. But it's only my opinion.

Staff—Check in staff almost invalidate my reservation because of the mismatch of the name.I understand the situation,it is my fault for not using my name in my expedia account, its my fault but he should’ve the customer service approach( not an intimidating approach). I drove 6 hours to get there, i had difficulty finding parking and then i was approached in that kind of situation- I stayed calm but being nicer will be much appreciated.
Room-i booked 2 queen bed-i was provided bunk beds,i cant sleep with any noice or movement near me.
