A family-sized bathroom will ensure a pleasant stay with a shower, toilet, washing machine and laundry tub.

With two decking spaces, both are equipped with seating to provide a pleasant outdoor living space. Spot a glimmer from Whitianga Harbour at the front of the home, while the rear decking provides a peaceful, quiet spot boasting a BBQ, table and chairs.

Situated on a fully-fenced section, you’ll appreciate ample off-street parking, while this convenient location means you’re within walking distance of all this bustling beach town has to offer. A 10-minute stroll along the harbour will take you to Whitianga’s town centre where you’ll find a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, while Whitianga’s gorgeous white sand beaches are just five minutes by car.
