Room was pretty with fun murals in the room and cool bunk beds. Only negative is the buildings aside from the main building are far from the Water Park.

The property was terrible. During check in I was told that the room booked was no longer available and that I would be getting a different room. Upon arrival at the room, it was dirty with crumbs and water bottle caps on the floor. The bathroom tub was cracked near the water drain and the room looked like it had been under construction but never finished by the balcony wall. The room next door was having construction at 9pm. I had to request to be moved to another room, that was still not the room booked through Expedia. I have been a member of Expedia for many years and this by far has been my worst experience. When contacting customer service, I was first offered a refund and then told I had to take it up with the hotel.

No coffee maker, towels are all tiny and scratchy. Hours of parks are slim. By the time we arrived and were ready theme park closed in 1 hour and waterpark in 2. Dont reopen in a.m. until after checkout time.
