We were treated well at the property and the stay was comfortable and conveniently situated to catch a bus downtown and back. The Buffet Breakfast at Lone star was great which was included in our package. The staff wrote a birthday note for my son with some brownies which was very thoughtful. The water was great to have as a lot of hotels ive visted, including luxury 5 Star don't have complimentary water, which is a shame. The only thing that was disappointing was that the hotel is cashless (which we did not know) , the parking is very tight and limited and you can't freely come and go, you have to call someone to let you in and out. The room was very clean and modern and the beds were comfortably. The ventilation fan was really loud and couldnt be turned off, but the staff orovided us with ear olugs. Just bring your own ear plugs if you book.

Check in process was seamless. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and checked in on us each time we left the hotel. They had some handy hints and tips about places to visit and were genuinely customer focussed. The room itself was well priced and very well appointed including very clean and comfortable beds and plenty of charging points which made life easy. Will definitely recommend this venue and consider a return!
