"The toilet smells when the door is opened. The shower gel holder is broken and unusable. AC blower is noisy as well as the noise from window. The only thing good is the friendliness from the staff."

"Can't beat the location. Central Jakarta with easy access to Grand Indonesia and close to Plaza Indonesia. Staff hospitality and service was amazing as usual. It's our 3rd stay here and although the rooms are a bit dated, they are big, clean and comfortable."
