The room I had was clean, bed was comfortable as was the room itself. It was a little noisy with a dog nearby barking. I only stayed the one night on my way to Brisbane

The rooms are being renovated. There is rubbish and old fittings piled up outside rooms. The rooms I was put into was only half finished and what had been done was done poorly - clearly no trades were involved. Painting over unprepared surfaces is not a fix. Al least remove the masking tape and put in all the furniture before using the room for customers. No, I did not stay, it was just not up to scratch. I paid not much more for a good room just up the road.

Rooms are half renovated, sleeping area is nice but bathrooms are very out of date. The general area is very messy, obviously doing renovations but lots of rubbish lying around. Lady at the front counter only asked our name and did not say another word, however the man that was doing the renovations in the other rooms was quite helpful.

Cobb inlander have a sign out the front saying renovated rooms, what a joke the room had stained carpets, the shower leaked over the bathroom floor, then when we returned after going out for dinner there was no parking spots available outside our room, when I spoke to the owner they said park anywhere he couldn’t care less. The reception area was a bomb also. Finally I would not stay in that motel ever again and would not recommend it to any of my friends or family.
