From Ellis Island, look to the south to see the Statue of Liberty waving to the Staten Island Ferry as it floats by. Pause for a moment of reflection in Liberty State Park, or learn a thing or two at Liberty Science Centre. If you’re craving Italian food, head for The Heights, northwest of downtown. With all the delicious options, you’ll have to kick back in your Jersey City hotel with a belly full of cannoli. Then get ready to start again the next day.
