This is a beautiful property, less than 10 minutes from the center of Kaikoura. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. The breakfast is amazing, with coffee, tea and snacks always available. The owners (Kevin and Ann) are gracious and very friendly. All in all, it's perfect!

This is an exceptional B and B. Amazing hosts, beautiful outlook of the sea and Kaikoura ranges, fabulous rooms and a breakfast that was beyond anything you can imagine. I loved the very well stoked tea and coffee station and the use of the fridge/freezer. It was hard to leave this amazing property along with all it's wonderful farmyard friends.

Kevin and Ann are very hospitable. We love our stay here and will definitely be back. Beautiful place and farm where kids can play around. Big space and not far from town.
