The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, the location is fantastic as its very close to Paddington. The breakfast in the morning was enough and staff were always filling things up highly recommend for next visit

Minor issue with our room on check in- swiftly dealt with. Excellently placed for tube links from Paddington and Elizabeth line to Heathrow Breakfast is available- didn’t have it this time.

Staff very kind and attentive. Room itself was ok; bathroom very very small with very low ceiling (difficult to wash hair at 5ft 10). Room was ok and clean; lacked finishing touches (lamp, accessible plug sockets). We were given a twin room which ended up having a spiral staircase - not notified of this prior to booking.

The hotel is very clean. The staff were very friendly. Awesome location cos it is in place that gives you access to almost every where you wish to visit either by bus, train or taxi.
