The room on floor 4 was dated but understand there is a work going on to improve this. The batthroom door did not shut / lock. The shower head was too small and hard to get the temp right without buring yourself. The breakfast was fantastic very convenient

Great location. Very friendly staff, early check in after a long flight was an excellent touch. Refurbishment of the hotel is great, rooms clean and tidy. All amenities were good. Perfect location - a reasonably priced hotel in central London.

Location was great. Beds were super comfortable, breakfast buffet was very good. Bathroom was average. We asked the desk for a taxi and they called up a car that charged us almost 3 times what a regular taxi would; not cool. Especially since we quickly found out it's super easy and fast to hail a cab.

Overall stay was very average, had some issues with cleanliness in the room with the bedding and toilet both having markings on them when we first arrived. Asked for the room to be cleaned the following day only to be given a ripped duvet and no fresh mugs or glasses. Front desk staff were helpful however and apologised for the inconvenience on check out so can’t fault them. Good location within walking distance of most things.
