The hotel was really convenient to major attractions. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was good. However the area outside th Hotel was dirty. And unfortunately there are a lot of drug users down this side street, who often beg and as a woman I at times felt unsafe.

The service was excellent. They were very helpful. It isn't brand new but has been kept in good condition. Our room was very comfortable and perfect for our stay. It is close to mid town, theatres, subway locations and plenty of dining options nearby.
